I'm creating a telephone survey. The results will be input manually and by up to 3 different people. Will LimeSurvey let me do this?

Yes, you can add survey users (admins) under Survey Properties --> Survey Permissions and give them the appropriate permissions.

They can then enter the data in the Responses --> Data Entry Screen interface.
