hello I want to use limesurvey for psychological test and i want my user see their test result after completing the test. is it possible or not?

yes it is possible to give direct feedback to the user.

for "easy" feedback (eg sum of scores by group or for the whole survey) have a look at docs.limesurvey.org/Assessments

for more complex feedback (complex math formulas and more) you'll need to use the new expression manager (it works great, but may require some time to grasp).
