Has anybody put together a SQL statement that puts the survey results together with the question (AND sub-question where appropriate) to the answer (not the code, but the actual answer)?

It's in export_helper.php i think Menno work a lot in export_helper.php.

You want a "one line SQL" ? Think it's OK for question, maybe more work for sub question.
