I am facing this problem and I was wondering how I can solve it by using lime survey:I want to collect responses from multiple sources, so I have the focal employee and then I want to match his responses with the responses of his supervisor, his co-worker and his customers, could you please help me?thanx

It sounds like you're talking about a so-called "360 degree feedback" survey.
