Is it possible to build in a condition to a question that makes it possible to jump from one question to another question group depending on the chosen answer?

Exemple:
How old are you?
16
17
18
19

When answering 16, the user should jump automatically to question group A
When answering 17, the user should jump automatically to question group B
etc.

Have you tried using conditions?
For example - question (or a group of questions) A will appear only if the answer to question 1 will be "16", question B will appear only if the answer to question 1 will be "17" etc.

I hope this answers your question.
