we have our surveys in excel formats and i would like to load them into LS.

could someone tell me what the actual format is(example/sample file would help)?

i will then try to find a way to fix our problem - and report back.

i see this tool that will be able to help me

but i need to feed a file in the correct format.

Have you tried exporting a sample survey to see the LSS (XML) format?
