Hi, I am using Version 1.90+ Build 9642.
When receiving responses to my survey, and looking at the Excel spread sheet which is collecting the answers, I see that for some questions, especially multiple choice ones, the answers appear as letters (A1, A4, A5, etc.). However, in order to analyse the data I need all the database in numbers...for example, I would need A1 to show up as 1, A2 to show up as 2, and so on.
How can I make the software to build the data base with the responses ONLY with numnbers, not with letters?

Database export the code you put in the limesurvey admin page.

Change the code (you can't do it in an active survey).
