Hello everyone, I am new to the Limesurvey world so hopefully this is an easy answer for you all!

My goal is to make this program a standalone tool for administrative staff to be able to enable/disable surveys and view results. I would like to just drop users, via database job, into Limesurvey without having to manually import csv or by ldap.

The main issue I'm encountering is being able to affiliate users with certain surveys regardless of the token system.

I would be happy to respond to any clarification questions you may have as well.

By "users" you mean people having access to Limesurvey's admin panel and not survey participants, correct?!

Keep in mind that when adding a new user to the admin panel you have to set general user rights (see docs.limesurvey.org/Manage+users&structu...tions+for+LimeSurvey) and survey based user rigths (see docs.limesurvey.org/Survey+security+sett...tions+for+LimeSurvey).
Some of this information is stored at the lime_survey_rights table.

Sorry for the confusion! "Users" do mean survey participants. There are groups of specific people who need access to certain surveys. The groups themselves won't change, so I'd rather not have to set up a token table for every survey each time they need to take one.

Hence my hope there is a way to run a job that will just "drop" users into groups and have 1 admin activate the survey then be done.

Maybe a better question would be: can I associate user groups with surveys?

IE can I create a token table based on user groups?
