Is it possible to make an array question and last subquestion will be a text area and last subquestion should not have answer options (like, dislike etc.)
Merging array and short free text is also possible.

Yes, it's possible, but you have to use javascript manipulation, combinated with a lot of css hack.

You can have a look at Multiple question types in array workaround for some inspiration.
