Do you know how to add textbox (for written comments) in the choices of radio questions?

e.g.:
Are you familiar with any term that describes the need for business to address environmental issues as well as providing economic benefits?
A. Yes, it is ___________________________
B. Not sure, but I think it could be __________________________
C. No

The underline part is for textbox. Thanks a lot!

Hello,

You can use Multiple options with comments and hide the input you don't want with some css in template.css
#answersurveyidXgidXqidsubquestioncodecomment{visibilty:hidden;}
You have to replace surveyid, gid, qid and subquestioncode by the good number and code.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
