we are a consulting company and have used this product in a traditional way but now the Head consultant wants to measure the interaction between the consultants and clients on cold calls and on sales calls over a quarter.

So I will be as short as possible
We will use token based invites
we will have one survey per consultant
we will send survey invite after every visit

Now the problem is with the tokens if i do not know who they are to visit in the quarter I cannot enter their details

I think i can say upload the same email let us say 25 times and get a token reserved then when we need one just change the persons details as option 1
option 2 is a real mess as i will have to take all surveys individually and collate them

Can anyone think of an easy way to do this so i can write a process for the admin that manages this?

Just that I get this right:
1. One problem is to add the client details at the advanced attributes so they can be used within the survey?

2. The other problem is to provide a sufficient number of tokens for each consultant because you don't know how often he/she will fil out the survey?

The mapping of the contact person to thee consultants will be done by having the same survey dedicated to each consultant and then we will manually roll them up. A bit archaic but the team is at a basic computer skills level so to not confuse them we will keep them separate. I believe we can pretty well map who responds by time and date as only one has more then one business development meeting a week.

So the real issue is how to keep it token based and i think the answer is
set the survey up to be open for a quarter
input the name to be mailed to
generate a token
press send mail or send a reminder mail

new person do the same thing
enter name
generate token
press send mail

it appears if a mail has been sent another will not be sent but only the new people will receive such an invite.

this seems to work but i have found that what looks like it can work can get me in trouble later.

Have i got the process correct?

If I got this right it should work as you described.

When sending invitations, only those people who haven't completed the survey yet and who didn't receive an invitation earlier will receive an invitation.

Same for reminders: The user shouldn't have answered the survey yet and should have received an invitations previously.

Thank You for your kind replies this is probably something I should have puzzled through before asking.

the tests indicate this is in fact how it works which is cool.
