is when trying to download for a response from the administration panel, I mean to download data from a specific survey.
if my upload is working ok, only this is my problem.

Do you have the latest codebase?
The File Upload is working just fine on my installation. If it isn't working on your system, could you please give me some more details. And if possible, could you also attach a sample survey that has the problem?

After having ported all the Limesurvey code to the MVC framework Yii for Limesurvey 2, there had been some issues with the file upload question type at the first Limesurvey 2 releases.
All these problems should be fixed at the newer releases, so please update if you are having problems.

If there are still issues at the latest release, please file a bug report at our bugtracker.

There should be no "issue" with the latest Limesurvey 2.0 version and the file upload question type.

If you are still running into problems, please describe the issue in detail and attach a test survey.
