Hello.
Our business provides IT support to our customers. When a support ticket is 'closed' the customer receives an email notification requesting that they provide feedback on the service they received. We entice the customer to complete the survey by giving them a 2% discount voucher on their next spend with us.
Is it possible to perform the following actions:
Send the customer an email after they complete the survey with the discount voucher attachment?
