Upgrading to 1.85 with a modified template 1 Year, 2 Months ago

I recently upgraded from v1.83 to v1.85 and am experiencing issues with moving a modified template to the new version. It's mostly working now except for the progress bar. The progress meter calculates the progress, but the bar doesn't show up.
Any ideas of where to start or which files are missing/changed?

Sorry, we can't give support for modified templates.
There are so many possible source of errors... Maybe it's worth to set up the template again based on one of the default templates.

Fair enough. Is there any documentation on how the templates changed between versions? Did the default templates change (as this is what was used to create the modified template).
If not, I'll just rebuild the template and share it. The big advantage of my new template is that it's wider, for easier viewing of array-style questions.

Sorry, there isn't much documentation about these changes.
Search for limesurvey subversion mailinglist which contains all changes to the source.
