I hope I post in the right forum.

I did install the latest available build for Limesurvey

When I have a look on my survey results and when I would like to export in a PDF the result with graphic, everything works fine till I open the pdf document.

I have an adobe Acrobat reader error like : "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired"

I try to send the file to a colleague and same error.

Could you help me please ?

Do you know if we can save the html page with the results including the report ? I can't find any buttons or something like that !

When using Adobe 6 Prof. I also get a warning that the file is created for later version but I can open it without any problems.

I use Acrobat Reader 9.3.0 (the latest)

I can save without any problem but when I try to open the file, then I have the error

A colleague try with Adobe Acrobat reader 7.0 (same problem)

mmmmhh Mazi, it seems that if I select only 2 or a bit more of answers with the graphic display, then it's working but if I select all of my answer (approximatively 20), then I have the error...

Any Idea ?

Maybe the script to generate the PDF times out.

Please switch on debug mode by adding the following line to your config.php file:


Are there any additional errors reported on top of the page?

There is no additionnal errors.

Euh mazi, this morning everyhting is working well including the full statistic report with pdf

I let you know in case of problem again.....

Strange thing. Maybe the server temporary was under heavy load.
