Survey activation results in "Error - This survey is no longer available"

Hello,

Testing LimeSurvey to roll out across the organisation but cant seem to successfully activate the survey. Questions are setup, test works fine (the survey is as it should be) but the moment I click execute and then save/activate it doesn't seem to work. Going to the survey properties page and clicking on the link provided leads to an error page:

Error

This survey is no longer available.

Please contact Administrator for further assistance.


Any help with this will be really appreciated. Thank you.

Try copying the survey and activating the copy.

Does activation fully fail? Is there an error message when activating the survey?

Hi Mazi, thanks for the reply!

No, no error. Activating results in the message: "Survey has been activated. Results table has been successfully created."

However, when I click on the survey link it says "Error This survey is no longer available."

Any clue what could be causing this? Testing is OK, activating doesn't give an issue....but when the link goes live there is an error.

The link works fine here, can you activate it for temporarily testing in active mode?

Did you test clearing your cache or test using another browser?

It's not the validity ?

Remove start date and end date.
