Hi,

I created survey, where user can change their response after submit.

Steps:
1. Enter Data & upload files and submit : success
2. Access again
3. Click on upload file (to change current file , which was submitted last time), it will open file uploader, after attaching / uploading new file, there is no option to "Return to survey (main page), without this button, the new uploaded image will not replace old file.

Because of the above problem, user can update only data and can not replace old uploaded file with new file

I know this is an older post, but I had a similar problem. My "previous" button was disappearing after editing my template. I was using Citronade which I cloned and altered. Anyway, upon saving alterations to the template, the javascript would become "rewritten", causing an error which led to the previous button vanishing. I found that if I made changes to the template files - but FTP'd my changes to the server - without using the template editor - my alterations remained intact and the previous button remained on the page. I hope it helps.
