TOPIC: "SurveyURL" variables settings

"SurveyURL" variables settings 1 year 1 month ago #99905

Dear,

I have a limesurvey server installed behind the web server and have a reverse proxy (apache) configuration.

The problem that i happen is that when i create a new survey, the "SurveyURL" is points to the limesurvey hostname instead of the web internet address.

For example:
the URL domain of the site is www.abc.com
the full URL of the limesurvey is www.abc.com/limesurvey

actually, the web server is points to another server where the hostname is abclime01

when i create the survey, the SurveyURL vairable is http://abclime01/index.php/survey/index/sid/584438/token/x5q5gqcwcxrbids/lang/en

but i what i want is
www.abc.com/limesurvey/index.php/survey/...5gqcwcxrbids/lang/en

Any ideas for that?

Hi,

Please read the doc :)
$publicurl: This should be set to the URL location of your 'public scripts'. The public scripts are those located in the "limesurvey" folder (or whatever name you gave to the directory that all the other scripts and directories are kept in).
manual.limesurvey.org/Optional_settings#Advanced_Path_Settings

I make some bug patch in last version.
