Dear LimeSurvet Masters.
I need your help.
For the past one week, I got error message "Firefox can't find the file at xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/limesurvey/admin/admin.php?action=dumpdb." when I do the "Backup Entire Database".
I am still using the LS 1.92 Build 120919, and run under UBUNTU server 12.04.

Any advice for me please.

Problem solved, after I did clean-up the entire database [remove the finished/unused projects] ...
The administrator has disabled public write access.
