You don't have javascript broken somewhere (use you javascript console )

Identified problem:
My script folder was missing in the export, don't know why seams to be a bug or a feature of Limesurvey version 1.92.
Manually added it again and works.

1.92 template don't use sub-folder, only take files in first directory.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
