Greetings!

I have been trying to change the server time to our country for a long time now.

But it appears that the server time can be changed only by whole integers.

When i try to change by +5.5, or +3.5, it does not take the intended value and shows up indifferent values same is the case with +5:5 or +3:5.

Am i missing something basic here? Please help as the time stamp in our data is getting hampered
