Differentiation between surveys and Adminarea:

Force HTTPS for Admin (Yes/No with Warning)
Force HTTPS for Surveys (Yes/Let Surveysettings decide/No)

The trend is going to HTTPS always on, but a way to prevent Admins to logon without SSL while being able to conduct surveys without SSL might be a good idea.

If there is such a solution already hidden in the config files please give me a hint.

Any pro/contra?
