Hi,

Im very new to this and working on a new project.

I wanted to learn a bit about the software, how to configure it and customise it to meet my requirements.

Can i run the software in a development environment without paying for hosting and going through the standard installation or am i just making my life complicated?

Any tips welcome! (Suggestions on hosting too if thats the route i need to go down.
