Before sending me to previous posts, I have to tell you that I have looked through the forum and found people having the same issue but still is not clear to me the solution.
When I try to activate the attached survey I got the message: Survey table could not be created. Database error!! From what I have seen, it might be an issue with the number of columns of PostgreSQL or something like that, limited to 1600. I tried to find a solution on how to increase that number without a clear how-to-do instructions.
In any case I am attaching the survey for you to try and see what can be done. Thanks in advance!
