TOPIC: Consistency Error after a update

I got this error when i try to start a survey. But i make a double check and all of the questions have they answers.

Survey does not pass consistency check
The following problems have been found:
Question qid-6 ("¿Cómo consideras el trato del Director de Admisiones al ofrecerte la orientación?"): This question has no answers.
Question qid-10 ("¿Cómo ha sido el trato de las oficinas del Departamentode Admisiones después de haber sido aceptado en el colegio?"): This question has no answers.
Question qid-11 ("¿Cómo ha sido el trato de las oficinas del Departamento de Admisiones después de haber sido aceptado en el Colegio?"): This question has no answers.
The survey cannot be activated until these problems have been resolved.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Can you trye to click on menu/Survey logic files and try to activate again.

If it work : maybe a bug report.
If not : best i sto send lss file here :).
