Hi,

I've setup a multiple response question (no array filters) and set Mandatory to 'No'. In settings the option to allow No Answer is set to yes, but when the question displays 'No answer' is missing from the list.

Any ideas where I'm going wrong?

the 'no answer' is not needed for multiple response that's why you don't see it. If you uncheck all multiple response question that means no answer just click the 'next'
