After upgrading to the latest version, the date field now displays an incorrect date for the following

index.php?sid=66776&lang=en&66776X2X110=30188&66776X2X127=1954-12-17&66776X2X8=36&66776X2X128=57&66776X2X7=21

The date should be ( and was before the upgrade) 17 Dec 1954.

it now comes up as 19 Apr 2002.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Fixed by changing the date value to 17-12-1954
