Thanks Carsten,
I was installing Limesurvey 2.00 today and had to deactivate FastCGI on Godaddy, only after I did it, I got the installation window. Before deactivation I had the message "no input file specified". Maybe, it's a problem during installation stage only?

It is all pure guessing unless we get our hands on such a non-working install.
