Get this message when trying to access survey

Can't connect to LimeSurvey database. Reason: Access denied for user 'survey'@'192.168.0.14' (using password: YES)

I would try to connect from your webserver to the database with your user "survey" manually without LimeSurvey to test if the connection to your database is okay or not.
An idea of me without knowing the details:
If you are using a MySQL Database not on the same machine as the Webserver you have to configure your Database to allow connections from other machines...

yes, it is a good idea to have a look at the database. The settings in the config.php file of your LimeSurvey installtation should match the "settings" of your database. "survey" seems to be a newly created use, did you grant the needed permissions and did you refresh the permissions?

If you want us to provide further help, please post some more information like what database/database version and LimeSurvey version you use.

Please post the database settings from your config.php file (no passwords, please). Maybe you just mixed database name and database user?
