How can I do a 360 degree aparaisal using Limesurvey?

I suppose you want to send an invitation to several people to anwer questions about the same person, and to collect the resultss in one report. As far as I know, the architecture of limesurvey does not support this (more in general: limeservey is perfect for surveys, but less perfect for assessments). Because the database of limeservey is open, you could write a number of routines in PHP that does this.

Popmind, there is no inbuild feature for 360 degree surveys at Limesurvey but with some workarounds and eventually some customized coding this would be possible.
Maybe you can outline your requirements in more detail?

Here is the model I am attempting to use



I created 6 groups of questions with radio lists on a 7 point scale for each question.
I want the first question to select which type of survey taker (Self, Peer, Manager, Direct Report, other) is taking the survey and for who they are taking it for either from a drop down selection or if need be have a unique survey for each individual being evaluated.

It must be anonymous and I would like to gather results to show in a bar chart showing
results by groups of questions within each group of Self, Peer, Manager, Direct Report and Other.

Any suggestions on how to go about this...

I have implemented several 360 degree surveys using Limesurvey.
You can easily set it up this way in Limesurvey but for analyzing the results.

You can even use the Limesurvey statistics to aggregate and filter data, because Limesurvey offers such filtering: docs.limesurvey.org/Statistics&structure...urvey#Filtering_data

Thank you for responding...what I'm interested in finding out is do you have a survey her peer group per manager per subordinate ? Or do you create user groups for those? Results are by subject of survey by groups?
