When editing templates, I can not go welcome.pstl, template.css etc. is somehow blocked me without being able to edit templates, check my server and have 777 permissions on the directory template, I hope you can help me.

The standard templates delivered with Limesurvey are not editable with the template editor (for security reasons). You will need to copy the template first and then you'll be able to edit them.
