What is the best way to switch the database server used for limesurvey (in this case from MySQL to MS SQL Server)? Should I just update config.php and run admin/install again - will that work? Or is there a better way?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

There are no easy way to change the database type after installation. I think the best is :
-* Update LS at the last stable version
- Export all of your survey
- Export all of your answer
- Export all of your token table
-* Install LimeSurvey with the new DB tye
- Import, import, import ....
