I am using 1.91RC6 9986 for a survey where I'm using both the survey End URL and the quota URL fields, but the survey end url will only show an error.

End URL/quota URL field content:
www.site.com/out.php?g={INSERTANS:93859X...={PASSTHRUVALUE}&t=i

URL that shows on a quota screen out:
www.site.com/out.php?g=1&subsid=&t=i

URL that shows on a regular survey complete:
www.site.com/out.php?g=Error(93859X187X8602)&subsid=&t=i

Question 93859X187X8602 is a radio choice, i've changed the quota to screen out on the other value '2' and I still have the same problem. I could work around with a fake complete quota at the end but I'd prefer to use the end url.
