I have installed LimeSurvey and am trying to test a one-question survey. However, I cannot go past the welcome screen. Each time I hit "Next" it takes me back to the LimeSurvey parent folder. I've tried it in IE and Chrome and got the same results.

Here's what I am doing:
1. Go to example.com/LSFOLDER/
2. In the main screen, click on the survey link that is available (only one).
3. On the next screen (example.com/LSFOLDER/?sid=XXXXX), click on the "Next" Button.
4. Instead of starting the survey, I am redirected back to the Lime Survey Folder (example.com/LSFOLDER)
