Dear All,

Having a problem with IE8 rendering. Hoping someone can offer an insight into this. I have setup apache to reverse proxy using virtual hosts. The config file is simple using mod_proxy_html.

When I hit the reverse proxy with Firefox the site is rendered as expected.
When I hit the reverse proxy with IE8 the site has a number of items justified to the left.

Any help as to why this is happening or how it could be fixed would be appreciated.

Yours sincerely

Dear All,

Found the problem with this. Had to do with a mod_proxy_html option
ProxyHTMLDoctype HTML

Which needs to be set so that DOCTYPE is passed through correctly. IE gets very upset if doctype is not availble.

Next problem is the editor. As can been seen from the pictures the editor does not seem to pass through the proxy correctly. Any help would be appreciated.

Yours sincerely
