Is there a way to change the logo link of the survey to be a link back to my site?

That would depend on which template you are using. Normally you can just replace the image.

You can change that link by using the template editor.

I need to change the link back of the logo...

I figured out how to replace the logo the problem is just the link back - I need a link back to my homepage

Also, how can i add links to the footer, near the powered by ..? which php is controlling that?

If I remember correctly "limespired" has some of these setting placed at template.css of the template you are using (button background image and the like).

Which page should i edit? I believe its not a template page but one of the general pages..

Open the template editor and switch to the "Limespired" template. Chose the "welcome screen" from dropdown and "endpage.pstpl" as file. You'll find these lines there:
