I'm using the latest version and I noticed what is maybe a bug.

When I take a look to my statistics, every answer where the question was of the type "select radio" contains a "I don't know" answer (0%) even if it was not contemplated in the possible values.

How can I avoid this?

Did you add that answer option or is it added by Limesurvey automatically?

Does this option always show 0% because it is not listed at the survey as a valid answer option?

thanks for your answer. No the option is not there, when I go to answer the survey is not listed at all, as expected. So it shouldn't be either present at the statistics, or I am doing something wrong?

Can you post a screenshot of the statistics and a link to the surveys the statistics are based on?

the original survey is behind a closed network, but I can reproduce (if this is one) the bug.

1 - create a new survey, with just one question of "list radio" kind
2 - give some answers
3 - execute the survey
4 - execute the statistics, there will be a table with the percentages, and a row with "I don't know" 0,00%

Thanks for clarifying. I think I understand: Maybe the Itialian translation is not so clear. In English that entry says "no answer" and sums up all people who skipped the question and didn't check a certain answer.
So the option is there for a reason.
