I found the critical error:

I cannot find any results(2 people) in exported excel file.
But i find they have submitted in token list.

Anyone can help me?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

1. Which Limesurvey version do you use?

2. Please post a screeshot of the exported file

3. Please post a screenshot of the response overview at Limesurvey's admin backend.

4. Please post a screenshot of the token overview.

Thank your replay, please find the screenshot in attached.

I found another error, some results in excel have not basic information, e.g. firstname,lastname,email&token.

LimeSurvey version is 1.87.
