I just upgraded our LimeSurvey installation from 1.85 to 1.90. It all seems to be working fine, except
  1. there are now no tooltips on the icons (examinging the HTML reveals that the title attribute on all icons and links is set to "")
  2. there is no longer a question preview icon available when editing a question.
Have i missed a setting somewhere? Can these features be put back or re-enabled? Or is this a permanent design change? :(

Update (thanks to Mazi on irc): clearing the browser cache enables the new large tooltips so now the Preview icon can be identified.
