Hi,

I am using 1.90. I have tried to inset our logo, which is a jpeg file into the Welcome Page 2 different ways and neither has worked. I only get the red X in the box where the image should be.

Here is what I did -

Method 1: Under Step 2 of Edit Survey Settings, I launched the built in HTML editor by clicking the pencil icon next to the Welcome Message Box. Once the editor is launched, I click on "Insert/Edit Image". I have uploaded my image here:

survey.dev.mayfirst.org//admin/scripts/f...rs/php/connector.php

After clicking on my logo file, the image properties box on the html editor only contains the red X - n logo.

Method 2: In the Template Editor, I tried by adding in the following bit of code:
<img src="nycfnac_small_logo.jpg"/>
Still, I only get the red X in the box. Again, I've uploaded the file using the link on the template editor.

Any advice?

Well, you need to find where the image actually is located on the server. Your link that you provided doesn't really help anything.
Have a look at the manual! It is a really valuable source for information. Here some helpful links:

If you want the logo only on the welcome text, then you don't need to work on the template.

Go into the editor to "insert/edit image". There you open a pop-up. There you change to "Upload". You can choose the file you want to upload and send it to the server. Once this is done, there should apear an URL in the pop-up window. This is where the file should be.

I did that right now and it just worked like that. You then insert the image and use this URL as source.

A good thing would be check check whether the file is actually on the server or not (could be that it hasn't been saved due to missing permissions in the upload folder).

There can be many different sources for errors.
