Eine Mischung von Fragetypen (numerische Einagabe und yes/nein) ist in Limesurvey nicht möglich.

Schau dir mal den Fragetyp "List (radio)" an. Dort kannst du das Feld "sonstiges" nutzen und umbennen, evtl. die Eingabe sogar aus Zahlen einschränken über die erweiterten Frageoptionen, siehe docs.limesurvey.org/Question+type+-+List...tions+for+LimeSurvey
