I accidentally added a token attribute that is not needed.

“Manage token attribute fields” allows you to add or edit additional token attributes but there is no option to delete them.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

The temporary work around is to deactivate the survey and then reactivate. This will remove all of the attributes (which really sucks when you have 88 attributes -- ARRG!!!)
