Would love the ability to test 'quota's without having to make the survey live.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

You can add this as a feature request at our feature tracker . Please describe your idea as detailed as possible and try to outline a suitable solution/implementation as well.

Technically that is difficult, because only when the survey is activated, answer data is saved to DB and the different answers have to be read from DB to trigger quotas.
