I tried to export and import group but not successful.
got error message

Internal Server Error
CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column 'sqid' cannot be null
An internal error occurred while the Web server was processing your request. Please contact the webmaster to report this problem.

What should I do?
Is it my server config issue?

Can be a database problem.

Try to import/export a survey a few times and see if importing the group always fails.

Then post the version/buildnumber of the limesurvey installation you are using.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
