Array text does not save some answers. We have a Array text table on questionarry which connected with the question before and shows options which were checked. In this table the answers in first two rows will be saved if you push Continue later or Next, but answers in other two rows will be not saved. Magic?

Sounds like you are using the array_filter feature. The sub-questions in question #2 that were not checked in question #1 are irrelevant (and not shown). Data from those irrelevant questions will not be saved in the database, unless you set $deletenonvalues=0.
