Hi,
I made some LDAP configurations in Limesurvey. One is that I changed $ldap_server[$serverId] = 'iso 8859-9'; in "config-ldap.php" file. No other Turkish encoding configuration is done.

However, some Turkish characters like "İ" and "Ş", are encoded as their "utf - 8" match. For instance, "İ" --> "I", "Ş" --> "S".

Is there any other encoding configuration that I have to change as Turkish encoding code 'iso 8859-9'?
