Hi,

First of all. Compliments for LS. It is great.

I have set up the email bounce tracking system with a gmail account in 1.91+ Build 11379.
It is working as far as I receive the bounce messages in that gmail account.

When I try to start the Bounce processing in tokens management, I keep getting the message "Please check your settings". Well, I did, tens of times :-) and can't find anything wrong.
I configured an outlook email account with the same parameters as in bounce global settings. The gmail account shows up in Outlook. So, imap seems to be working OK.

I ran out ideas for the meaning of "Please check your settings".
Can any one please help me out here.

After setting the debug option in config.php:
Please check your settings
Notice: Unknown: Can't open mailbox {imap.gmail.com/ssl/novalidate-cert}INBOX: invalid remote specification (errflg=2) in Unknown on line 0

Did some research and found out that the authentication host is : imap.gmail.com:993/imap/ssl/novalidate-cert

It seems that ":993/imap" is missing.

Is this a bug?

Please advise.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or an incomplete setting. Better let the devs have a look:
Please test if the problem still exists at the latest release. If so please open a ticket at the bugtracker and...
  1. Give as much information as possible
  2. Attach your survey. You can mark your ticket "private" so that only the developers will be able to take a look at it.
  3. Provide step-by-step instructions how to reproduce the problem.
  4. If possible/helpful please provide screenshots

Afterwards please post the link to the bugtracker so we can follow the progress.
