I cannot get the email to work. I need the results sent to my client when someone does a survey. Is there any known issues?

I plugged in the correct information but nothing gets emailed when a survey is complete.

1. Which Limesurvey version do you use?

2. Are there any error messages?

3. Which email method do you use at global settings -> email?

4. Did you set a valid admin email address and survey admin email address?

5. Where did you enter the email address the results should be send to?

6. Please switch on debug mode by adding the following line to your config.php file:
Are there any additional errors reported on top of the page?

NOPE no error messages

I have PHP Default set
I have MY email as the ADMIN, and I am valid. and yes I think so, I attached some screenshots to see.

debug is on.. but literally nothing says nothing and nothing gets emailed.and no other errors.

Do you run Limesurvey on a local webserver or did you install it at the web?

When creating a new admin user, an email is send as well. Does that work fine for you?

i use lime survey, installed by quick install, hosted on hostgator.

That is really strange. So email sending should be working fine besides the admin notifications.

Did you try adding just one email address at the survey settings (notifications)?

OKay I did one email and still nothing. I put my address in every email part available. Its actually hosted in Ausralia, Just Host. I will contact them to.

cAN YOU THINK of anything else that may be wrong?

I'm out of ideas, which doesn't happen very often. Sorry!
