TOPIC: Regarding LimeSurvey runtime and designtime engines

Regarding LimeSurvey runtime and designtime engines 1 year 10 months ago #63567

Hi,

Does Limesurvey runtime and designtime engines are same or different?
Because I want the authoring tool and publishing tool to reside seperately.

Thanks

With "want" you mean that you want to recode parts of the sourcecode?

A runtime engine with a small gui would be interesting for CAPI installations on notebooks.

I don't see an easy and sustainable way to separate design from runtime. Can you tell us what you want to realize/implement?

Hi Jelo,

With "want" I meant I need this functionility and is this functionility already available.

I mean it would be better if we can keep seperate authoring and publishing parts seperate.
