I've got a question... there is a "+" sign in front of field names... what is it used for?? can't get it...

Where did you see a "+" sign exactly ?

I'm sorry, did not completed the question... it's in front of fieldnames when setting a condition for multiple question i.e.

Maybe it was added by me without realizing it... this is what I want to be sure of... if that was added by me, then I'll just delete it, cause without that sign it seems to work ok.
